Midi Drums and MuseScore 3

Greetings -

Is it possible to compose with MuseScore 3 using midi drums?
*Meaning, playing the e drums and it composes as I play.

I do have an electronic drum kit, but not a keyboard.

You should be able to use it as an input device as described in the Handbook under note input. See also the section on note input if you want to try the semi-real-time modes, but I would tend to doubt that would work well for drums, it's meant for single-voice music.
