Hello..... i need help
I couldnt open this file... i dont know whatas is wrong, i spend like seven hour to make this musicalarrangement, i got i little reset, and when i tries to opned it again.... this was impossible...
I hope you can help me....

Better to use a descriptive title, e.g.: File that won't open, Corrupt file, etc.
Search for the backup file: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/file-formats#msczcomma
See #271185: Scores corrupted beyond repair, containing nothing but zeros
As mentioned, best bet is to find and rename the backup file following the instructions given above.
I would also note if you are on Windows and did not disable OneDrive when setting up your system, you can usually recover the most recent versions of any file by going to the OneDrive site.
