Delete certain instrument in certain bars and reverse
Dear friends,
I want to delete a certain instrument for certain bars and add it back, (Not necessarily blank bars, Format/ Style/ Hide empty staves, Doesn't work for me. I need also some of the empty bars)

Use an invisible and silent note in voice 2 to prevent an empty staff to get hidden
If the bars aren't empty but you want it hidden, you can make them invisible in Measure Properties. However, you might consider an alternate approach like putting those notes on a separate staff that you can then make completely empty. Depends on the special effect you are trying to create, I guess. If you attach your score and explain what you are trying to do in more detail, we can understand and assist better.
