Palette
Am not getting it with view...palette or F9.

It is hard to tell from the small picture, but it looks like you undocked the palette then resized it tiny. Try double-clicking on the title bar or dragging it back to its docking station to re-dock it. Or just resize it if you prefer it undocked.

I do not know anything about docking and undocking palettes.
Since I upgraded this is the first time that I attempted to access palettes
by doing what I have done multiple times in the old version,i.e. view---palettes.
You saw the result.

But did you check as mentioned, if it works by double click of the title bar ("Palettes") or pressing the left mouse button, holding it, and moving the palette to the left border?

View...palettes is not responding.
But view....master palette is responding.

It is responding, your screenshot is showing it, although it is tiny.
So as you have been advised, double click on that "Palettes" text as shown in your screenshot and it will redock itself to its full size again.
