Muse Transcription via Anthem Score starts on wrong downbeat

Anthem Score does a good job of transcribing solo piano recordings via Muse Score. However, I've had a couple instances where, despite the accuracy of the notes, the downbeat occurs in the wrong spot throughout. On the most recent one, the downbeat is on the second beat of the measure and continues throughout in 4/4. Can I move the measure bar so it begins on the second beat and places everything behind it in proper order? Thanks.
