Midi Channel Assignments
I was using LMMS with my organ to operate via midi. The channel assignments matched.
Now, using Musescore I have to...
send on 1 to input to 1
send on 2 to input to 3
send on 4 to input to 2 and
send on 3 to input to 4

You can set the MIDI channels in the Mixer
Trumpet needs 2 channels, Violin and Cello needs 3

Yes, I set the channels in the mixer.
I only have 4 channels available on the organ, Upper Keyboard (1), Lower-left (3) Lower-right (2)and Pedals (4).
