Grouping piano staves
I have imported a MusicXML score from another notation program. It has created two separate parts for the upper and lower staves of the piano accompaniment.
How do I combine these into the conventional "Piano" part with a bracket linking the two staves?

One way is to just add the bracket (see http://musescore.org/en/handbook/bracket) and lengthen the barlines (see http://musescore.org/en/handbook/bar-line#Create-grand-staff).
Another would be to add a full grand piano staff, copy/paste the notes across and delete the 2 original staves.
