Hi, I'm kinda new to this so I didn't know the term to search up, how would I apply this rhythm to the entire piece? Thank you

Thus is something you sometimes see as a way of approximating "swing" rhythm, which isn't really triplets but is somewhere between straight eighths (50/50 ratio) and triplets (66/33). To get that playback effect, just add the "Swing" text from the palette. If you right-click it and choose System Text Properties, you can customize the ratio.
