I assume you mean, on msuescore.com? Yes. If you used Save Online form within MsueScore, just do the same thing again and it should update automatically. If you uploaded manually from the website, you'll need to visit your score and click the "..." menu to update. And for further discussion of that website best to continue the discussion over there - here we really focus on the software itself.
