Tempo - BPM
I am trying to change from 80 BPM to another value. I have searched and found how to bring up VIEW/PLAY PANEL. There is a percentage and a value. Is there a way to enter BPM directly? I have tried to use that slider to stop on 90 BPM and still have not succeeded! Sure 89.76 is good enough but there has to be a better way! What am I missing? (MuseScore 3.6)

Add the quarter=80 to your score. double click the 80 and change it to the number of your choice.

Thanks. I had done that several times for 90; 100; 120 but nothing changed. Strange because I am pretty sure it worked before. Using the slider does change the tempo, just hard to select an even number.

Hmmm. Depending on where you click,the 80 will either turn blue or you'll get a flashing cursor. Either way you can put in any BPM you like.
