Bundles

I wonder if the following idea would be helpful and if there is any useful way of implementing it.

I created a short piece - initially written out as a piano piece. From that I generated other instrumental versions - marimba is one of my favourite ones, but organ is also possible - even harpsichord. Then I generated several four part instrumental versions - wind quartet, string quartet etc. Finally I generated choral versions.

There are now around ten different versions - and I'm still generating more. I could load them all up to MS as separate versions, but if there were some form of bundling operation, then they could be loaded up as a bundle of related works. If they all used the same staves they could be put into one score - but they don't - so that option doesn't really work.

Perhaps most people wouldn't be very interested in this, but others interested in composition might be. On a person to person basis this could be accommodated by putting all the .mscz files into a folder, then zipping them together and then emailing them.

I'm not sure if anything like this can be done within the MuseScore program - or within the MuseeScore.com website.

The way to do this within the program would be to have a main score with all instruments, then create parts for each combination you wish to publish.
