MuseScore won't open after Windows 10 update.

I recently updated windows 10 Pro and now Musescore wont open at all. I have windows 10 Pro with version 20h2 OS build 19042.867. I've scoured the forums and tried everything that I could find to no avail. I can get it to open in safe mode and don't know what's wrong to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a clean install, before that I tried to start from run command the -F and -w trick. Updated all my drivers and went in to AVG firewall and gave Musescore permission and still nothing. Right clicked and ran the troubleshoot compatibility wizard and it says that its not compatible. Please help!
