Sound won’t work
I just loaded up MuseScore 3.6.2 and it won’t playback any sound. I know it’s not my headphones and I’ve made sure the volume is up on everything.

I just realized it’s not even initiating a playback when I press the play button.
See https://musescore.org/en/node/96811 and try all the suggestions there. If you continue to have problems, be sure to tell us what OS you are on, what audio devices you are using, and what options you see selected in Edit / Preferences / I/O after doing the factory reset suggested in the article.
