Weird Note Mix-up
After I changed a time signature, one triplet on beat 4 changed to 2 eighth notes (With the triplet sign above it) and the next measure's beat one triplet disappeared, and I can't put notes there. I tried deleting the measures and time signature, but the glitch moves to the next measure. What should I do? I can't go back, it saved.

Also, when I delete the fourth beat triplet, a 128th, 64th, and 16th rest appear in place of both triplets and the fourth/first beat. I still can't fix it.

I fixed it! The answer was pretty obvious, though. I just had to delete the whole measure with ctrl+delete. I did have to redo the notes though.

Yes, you experienced a corruption in the score.
This happens sometimes, but not often enough to be annoying.
Any precise information you can give about the actions you were doing when the corruption appeared would be welcomed by developers, together with attaching the score in its corrupt state, as this particular bug is extremely elusive to track down and fix.
