help with fretboard diagram

First of all I want to know if I can put fret diagrams on the lines and play them back?
How do I put a fret diagram for the chord and then pick individual strings. The chord
in question is this - first finger first fret second string, second finger second fret fourth
string, third finger third fret fifth string, fourth finger third fret fourth string. Then you
would pick the fourth than the third than the second strings. I hope this is understandable.
