Is there a way to save your scores with the titles in alphabetical order? It would make it SO much easier to find the material I'm looking for!

I believe the dialog box on any operating system has the option to sort the files contained in a folder by Name/Date/Size/Extension etc.
I don't think there is an option for MuseScore->File/Open Recent.

To be clear: scores in MuseScore are just ordinary files on your drive like any others. The various dialog boxes and tools on your system that display lists of files all have controls that can sort your files either by name or date, or size, etc. So just use the normal controls provided by your system to show the files in your desired order. For instance, on every system I can remember using, clicking the word "Name" or "Filename" at the top of that column in the file listing will sort on that column.
