how can I make the bass and treble clefs play the note from both at once when adding notes

I write two voices in the treble clef and then two in the bass clef that harmonize, it would help if I could hear the four note chord, for example, the 2 notes would play from the treble clef as well as the harmonizing voices in the bass clef
