Bends: when moved with keyboard arrows, there is no automatic score re-layout

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34

Open the attached score. Click on the first bend in the TAB. Use the keyboard arrows to move it upwards to overlap the notes on the standard staff.
Expected result: The spacing between the staves should automatically increase to prevent collision.
Actual result: Automatic relayout doesn't occur.

Workaround: Use Inspector offsets instead to move the bend.

Also, autoplacement seems to be ignoring the "Minimum distance" setting. It's value in the Inspector is "0" but, looking at the vertical spacing between the bend in Tab and the note stem above, the actual spacing is higher than this. And changing the "Minimum distance" setting doesn't seem to do anything.
