Horizontal Justification

To whom it may concern: I am having difficulty trying to get p. 3 of my composition called "Beautiful Name" a decent decrease of horizontal justification. The justification is too long in comparison with the other pages. I tried to use the left parenthesis key and there was no change in the measure. How can I correct this problem. This same problem occurs in many of my other compositions; usually toward the end.
