Stem height not appropriate after switching clef from 8vb

After changing a staff from an 8vb treble clef to a regular treble clef Musescore places the beam essentially "on top of" the notes.

Musescore's Reset beams command doesn't fully fixed the problem. Any workarounds?
(I don't see any other commands for resetting stem height and/or beam position.)
