You mean you want different playback sounds? You can have as many as you want if you find a soundfont that includes more. Or if you want multiple staves, add as many as you like.
BTW, best to ask for help on regarding soundfonts in the soundfonts forum, or for more general questions on how to use the software, on the support forum
