Can't hear sound out of Musescore 3.6

Hello, my name is Kendra and I have had this sound problem for almost months now. I have done all the suggestions on the support page, but I still can't hear any sound on when I play my music. I also have a MacBook Air that is running on the MacOS Catalina update.
