Can't install MuseScore 3.6 on Windows 10. Microsoft Installer not available on specified path.
I tried fixing the Installer with the Run command recommended here that begins "ftype ", but Windows says it can't find "ftype".

Tried to understand and apply ideas from the document. Either beyond my understanding, refers to earlier versions of Windows, or simply did not work.
I did confirm that MSIexec is present and working on my PC. Issued the command for it and got no errors.
