How to Make Parts Invisible on Specific Pages
I've seen sheet music where when a part doesn't play, it isn't displayed on the page. I wonder if it's possible in MuseScore, and if it is, what is the shortcut?

This is "Hide empty staves", which you set this in Format / Style / Score. You can define a shortcut if you like in Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts.
Format > Style > Score > Hide empty staves
