Noise when using musescore
When using musescore3.6.2 on Win10, noise is generated while editing or playing notes, which didn't occur on my previous Win7 laptop.
This also happens when I use overture. I don't know if it's a driver problem. I have tried some methods to solve this problem, but none of them worked.

If you also have that when using overture, then indeed the driver (or the interaction with it) seems to have some hand in it.
Some drivers allow you to set the sample rate for them, I believe (but am not sure) that MuseScore required 44,1kHz and that some kind of static may be heard on systems that use a different sample rate.

OMG it really worked! I changed the sample rate from 48000Hz to 44100Hz and there is no more noise!
