Time signature change displaying at the end of the row
Hi,
I have a score where the time signature changes from 3/4 to 4/4 and I want the new time signature to start from the 2nd row of the chart.
Weirdly, it appears at the end of the first row and I can't delete it.
Is there a way to solve this?
Thanks

That is a courtesy time signature. It can get disabled, via the inspector of the real new time signature

Thank you
As mentioned, it's possible to disable this, but you shouldn't break the normal rules of notation without a special reason - like maybe producing an education worksheet that isn't meant to be read continuously but rather to show totally separate examples. In normal music, it is crucial the courtesy be shown, otherwise people reading the chart will almost invariably fail to notice the change. That is why the rule of notation require these, and why MuseScore adds them automatically.

Great, thank you for the information.
