HELP

I am not getting PDF to musescore conversion. It appears to me that the Download of the conversion was completed, but when I click to download the file it is not complete...it appears small type 17k. I do not know what to do.

Perhaps someone can offer an opinion if you attach both your PDF and the resulting downloadable file. Without some evidence it's impossible even to guess.
