Changing clefs

Is it possible that you can change a regular clef (say a treble clef or a bass clef) into one of the percussion clefs? For example, I have a part playing Xylophone (using treble clef), then in the same part I want it to switch to playing snare drum (using the percussion clef). Is this possible?
