musescore - issues downloading program on windows

Hello
I'm a secondary music teacher. I'm teaching music remotely in Sydney at the moment and I have set the students a composition task this term. One of my students is having trouble downloading musescore -see screen shot error below. She has windows laptop - purchased last year.
Error message comes up saying - this site cannot provide a secure connection

Also another one of my students can't access playback - its not letting notes playback. She has mac laptop. I've asked her to make sure she has installed the program property.
Any advice.
