Highlighting, Colors and removal of same

I used a plugin. It did it's job well, but I am left with a score that is in technicolor. Different notes are different colors.

I'd like to have a printable score, all one color. (Black notes, etc. easy to print and read.

It would also be wonderful to use color for my own preferences, i.e. color notes oragne if a difficult part was coming, color that pesky Cb or B#, etc.
