Exporting my mp3 files that used to be musescore files to apps won't work. Don't know what to do.

Hi!
I have Musescore 3.6.2, so I'm up to date. I'm turning copies of my piece into an mp3 to share to friends for feedback. But, I can't find an app that will let me play the mp3. I've tried Groove Music, VLC, and Windows Media Player. As soon as I open file to either of those, it says the message down below. Is it the way I changed the file type or do I need a different app to play it on.
I'm just want to see if the file works so I can share it.
