How To Insert New Blank Staff Into Existing Staves

I'm writing exercises for my students as etudes. Nothing fancy. The problem is I realized I missed an entire staff. I don't want to delete everything at the bottom just so I can create an entirely blank staff independent of staves written before or after. Help this techie challenged old man. Pretty please?

Select the 1st measure of the 2nd section/system and press Ins as often as you need measures, then add a section or system breat to the lest of those measures you just added

Hi. Yes, I kind of found a work-around by trial-and-gazillion-errors. Like you said, on the 1st measure, I pressed [Ins] then placed a [System Break] on top of that measure. Lo, and behold, the measures after the new one went underneath! A new staff! Nifty!
