Key signature too tiny!

I need a microscope to see the ley signatures at left. Seeking to have key signatures appear at left so I can easily see them and pick the desired one.

Are you referring to the palette? Is it only the key signatures, or is it everything on the palette and toolbars? How about the score itself - when viewed at 100% zoom, does it is seem the correct size (same as when printed - the page on screen same size as a physical piece of paper? What operation system, and what version of MuseScore?

Different systems communicate the display resolution information to MuseScore differently, so occasionally it happens that MuseScore thinkg you have a higher or lower resolution display than you do, and then displays things incorrectly. We provide a variety of different controls to account for all those different things the operating system might be communicating incorrectly, so depending on your answers to these questions, we can advise better.

You have the zoom set to page width, not 100%. Can you try that? I'm guessing it will be too small also, but not necessarily - like I said, every operating system / display combination is a little different. TV sets are usually the most problematic, as don't tend to have the necessary facility to communicate relevant information about their size to computers.

On at least some Windows systems, it works to find the EXE file in Program Files, right-click, Properties, then try different settings for high DPI under "Compatibilty". Either "system" or "system (enhanced)" often does the trick.
