Playback Disabled

My playback has stopped working entirely. I am on a windows 10 laptop and Musescore 64 bit 3.6.2, revision 3224f34

The synthesizer and mixer are both disabled and I cannot open them, and in the I/O section of preferences there is nothing displayed besides blank boxes. I have factory reset twice. I had to reset my audio drivers a couple days ago, and I think that's what caused this. However, I have no clue how to fix it.
