For the MuseScore Editor (on Windows, Linux, Mac) to print or export to PDF, no Pro is needed.
As noted, your Pro subscription to the score-sharing website musescore.com isn't really relevant to anything about how the actual MuseScore software works on your computer. To export to PDF, simply use File / Export. MuseScore neither knows nor cares if you have a subscription to musescore.com, or to Netflix, or any other website :-). But if you aren't actually using MsueScore on your computer but instead have a question about the score-sharing website musescore.com itself, best to ask over there on that site.
