Acciaccatura grace notes don't work
In the attached image, the bass note is played at the same time along with the first acciaccatura grace note, but it should play only after the three grace notes are played.
How can I fix it?

Use the Piano Roll Editor to delay your bass main note.

I don't want to delay the bass, I want to play the grace notes earlier than the bass. That is what acciaccatura should do.

Your question implied the opposite.

According to some interpretations, yes; and hopefully one day you'll be able to simple select that interpretation from a dropdown.
For now you can use the exact same tool (Piano Roll Editor) to make the acciaccatura play before the beat instead.

See https://musescore.org/en/node/276604 for an explanation of MuseScore's interpretation of acciaccaturas. You will see that your interpretation is not the only valid one; but it is a common one and perhaps MuseScore could some day provide your interpretation as an option. Currently, fiddling with the timing in the PRE is the way to achieve that interpretation.
