Irregular progression of cursor in tablature when rest is initially highlighted (note input mode)

OS: Linux Mint 20.1, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021370, revision: 3224f34

Open the attached MS file.

  1. In TAB, click on the rest in measure 2, voice 2.
  2. Press N to get into note input mode.
  3. Press the keyboard right arrow.
    Expected result: The cursor moves to the next note in voice 2.
    Actual result: The cursor moves to voice 1 at the same position. (this result can also be replicated in voices 3 and 4.)

This only happens in tablature (not the standard staff), in note input mode, when the first highlighted note is a rest.
