Why i can delete in Mac?
I created a new document but when i want to delete things it dont let me do it, btw im on a Mac

Any element you added yourself can be deleted by selecting it and pressing Delete (or Backspace on some keyboards). Elements like the staff lines themselves or the clefs cannot be deleted in this fashion. Also, a common error is to accidentally add two identical elements in the same location (eg, if you double-click rather than single-click a palette element), in which case you need to delete both.
