Changing note spacing for one measure
I am transcribing a piece of classical music and there is a measure that has up near 40 32nd note grace notes in the last beat of the measure. The following measure has 70 32nd notes. Now, the way I have the styling setup allows the measure with 70 notes not to fall off the page. The issue now is that the 40 grace notes are so squished that the first grace note is almost being hidden by the actual note. Is there a way I can change the minimum distance between notes just for a single measure?

No, but you can add system breaks to force fewer measures on other systems, and then they'll space themselves.
