Old School hand scorer (Luddite)

This should be simple, but I can't figure out how to do it.. I have a member in my quartet who tinkers and uses hand-written notes as he works out his notes & chords on a piano.

Can I create staffs with double or triple spacing between the lines? I'm using the Barbershop Quartet TTBB layout, and just want to create two lines of staffs, but widely spaced so he can use it as his note paper? Each line has only one measure that extends across the page.
