Tremolos are rather bugged...

Tremolos, especially at faster tempo and/ or shorter note value corrupt the audio playback, and when I turn the tremolo into repeated notes, it seems to work normally. Can you propose a fix? Thanks a lot.

Update: It seemed to work normally whenever I ask for help...
