Volume Issues
I've had issues with musescore audio. If I had headphones plugged in and unplug them, the audio won't play out loud. Furthermore, sometimes it mutes all the audio on my computer without me doing anything.

Also, and first, try to toggle (off and back on) the MIDI button in the toolbar (the Icon that looks like a 5-pin DIN connector)
