About to file a lawsuit

• Oct 13, 2021 - 16:32

I’m also a college student, and my bills are due this Friday. I have followed the instructions to get a refund as I can’t pay for the subscription right now. It’s a great site and I would use again, but my mind’s about to change since nothing’s working to get my money back and I won’t have electricity. What bothers me is the fact that there’s no representative to chat with or a customer support number like every other company. I’m about to sue. I can barely afford my bills and this isn’t helping with -$65 from my account. Every penny counts in college, I’m about to take someone to court.

Hello! There is no one on this website that has ever charged you money, so no one to sue here, but I guess you are probably talking about the score-sharing website musescore.com, which does offer paid as well as free accounts. If you've signed up for a paid account but now have changed your mind and wish to get a refund on the service you previously agreed to pay for, I doubt a lawsuit is a good way to achieve that goal, but do be sure to contact their support team using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page on that site.

Some additional friendly advice - explaining the circumstances that caused you to change your mind about the service and politely asking them to consider your request for a refund is much more likely to get results than threats of frivolous lawsuits.
