Tuples aren't included within list selection

1) Given a measure consisting of at least one tuple,
A list selection of the measure will not include that/those tuple-number(s) so that, for instance, if the user presses 'v' for visibility toggle, all hide except for the still visible tuple numbers with optional brackets. It is doubted for this to be an intended behavior.
