Can not get the measure properties menu.

this my me me, but I can not see any measure property when I right click on the measure containing the repeat bar lines. I am using the Ubuntu version 3.6.2.548021370.
All I get is a section for the stave properties and a section for the bar properties, but nothing for measures. I also can not find and short keys that may have worked.

Sorry, but can not screen shot, as menus disappears, when scream grab window opens.

Any help would be useful.

Bar = British English
Measure = American English

So open up those Bar Properties and see the contents of the Measure Properties ;-)
