Duplicate Key Signatures Won't Go Away in Continuous View (now self-resolved)
What is keeping me from being able to delete the duplicate key signatures at measures 9 and 13 in this file when I'm working on it in Continuous View?

I see no duplicate key signatures.

I do see 2 dynamic markings on top of each other in measure 13, (circled and moved away from each other in the image below):

You're right. I don't see it now, either. It must be some little glitch in Continuous View that has resolved itself by closing and reopening the file.
