No, i mean clefs that are inside in the parts. Because I hear a lot of notes, but the parts are not hidden, even in the settings.

Still clefs can be hidden by selecting them and pressing V. Or via the staff properties.
But I suspect that's not what you really mean, do you want to hide staves?
It's not clear what effects you mean, but View / Synthesizer has the controls for reverb effect.
Regarding the clefs, it does seem maybe you mean staves, but it's hard to say. Best to attach your score and describe what you are trying to do in more detail.

What now exactly is the problem you're having with it and it's Effect Synthesisizer instrument? Or any of its clefs (or staves)?
