I'm not totally sure what you mean, but normally in music notation, if you want something loud, you add a dynamic marking, "f" or "ff". So that's normally the first thing to try. Sorry if that's obvious and you mean something else. normally the volume of MuseScore's playback should already be consistent with other apps on your computer. If for some reason even music marked "f" is quieter than other apps, you can try turning up the volume in View / Synthesizer.
