Can't duplicate selection on a different time signature than the local one
If you want polyrhythms, you change a staff to a different time signature (for example you have a piano where both staves are 4/4 and you change one of them to 3/4), but then you can't copy and paste a selection from the 3/4 staff to avoid having to deal with a 3/4 selection being pasted to a 4/4 signature (at least that's what I got from previous bug reports), but then duplication (the "r" key) should work just fine but it still returns the error of "Please select the complete tuplet/tremolo and retry the command".
Please fix this for the people dealing with polyrhythms

I just felt like duplication is a bit different than copy/paste but I guess that'll remain unusable for the rest of time

Maybe not the rest of time, but until someone interested in improving the feature volunteers their time to work on it. it's a seldom-used feature, so thus far, no one with a strong interest in the feature has had the necessary combinations of skills and time to work on it. Could still happen someday.
