Volta's and Play Count

I'm sequencing piece and that has a jump to segno and Volta's 1 and 2. Whenever I the playback the piece so it jumps back to the segno point, it always skips the first Volta and heads straight to the second. Even when I mess around with the play count hit on the measure with end repeat, just skips both Volta's.

Does anyone know how I can have both Volta's play twice when you have a jump to segno.
